Return & Refund Policy
At Marlik, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
- Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or other alterations.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
To request a return, please contact us at marlik@shopmarlik.com before sending the item back. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Shipping
Marlik does not currently offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible at marlik@shopmarlik.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please contact us at marlik@shopmarlik.com for assistance.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at marlik@shopmarlik.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or fulfilment has begun.
European Union Customers
Where applicable, customers in the European Union may have additional statutory rights, including rights relating to withdrawal from online purchases. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
